As technology improves, the affordability and practicality of using solar and wind becomes more of a reality. CECK will be completely off-grid, breaking free of the costly power expense that was once a necessity for a successful, tech-focused school.
With rain being a common occurrence in tropical climates, establishing rain catchments for water is a viable means for hydration, and with a vast ocean in our back yards, desalination and purification systems will be implemented as a source for high quality H2O.
One of the domes on campus will be a dedicated green house for students to learn about plant life and reap the fruits of their labor by incorporating what they grow into what they eat for their lunch.. And we can't forget about the many different fish available to us year round. If you come for a visit, don't be surprised if you see a chicken or two.

It's becoming abundantly clear the importance of being able to rely on ones self. At CECK we intend to push the envelope in regards to self-sustainability, teaching everyone who walks through our campus how easy incorporating renewable energy into our lives is and the benefits of doing so.
